              Olde Towne Roswell Minutes

February 29, 2004

6:00 PM Taco Mac

 

Attendees:  Alan Skelton, Anita Degumbia, Mike Brees, Jerry Heschel, Cathi Mead, (Sabrina Brees, and Michael Mead)

1.    New property management company:  Community Management Associates will begin March 1st, 2004 and meet per quarter.  Tentative dates will be April 1st and July 15th at 7 PM. These meetings will last 1 ½ hours only.  Other dates to follow.

2.    Begin rebidding for new landscaping company with updates to follow.

3.    Officers of the Board were decided:           Jerry Heschel- President

Mike Brees- Vice President

Alan Skelton- Treasurer

Cathi Mead - Secretary

Anita Degumbia- member at large

4.    Architectual Review Committee:  Anita, Cathi, and Mike

5.    Communication will exist on Olde Towne Roswell website.  Quarterly Board meetings will be posted, and residents interested in addressing the board must notify ahead of time and will be given a time limit.

6.    Alan will contact Craig Ford as to logo for community. 

7.    Intent on rigidly enforcing covenants with fines.

8.    Parking issues were discussed. Ie: Unit 610 still parking out front, as well as renters in Unit 510

9.    Baby gate at Unit 650 was also discussed.  Need to find out if balconies and porches are personal or common property before notifying resident of violation of covenent.

     " News from the Homefront "

 

We are asking each homeowner to please remember to keep your garage closed as we are now starting to see more squirrels, rabbits, etc. in the neighborhood.  Remember, they can do significant damage if they get into your home.

 

Any issues or complaints that you raise to CMA, please e-mail to CMA and to Anita Degumbia at AJdegumbia@charter.net.  She is going to maintain a list to ensure that CMA responds quickly to your concerns.  We do ask you that once you get your issue resolved if you would let Anita know so this can also be ear-marked.  We are intending on a 72 hour turn-around from Don, so if you have not had a response in 72 hours, Anita will follow-up with you and then will follow-up with Don.

Do remember if you have an emergency after-hours, please contact CMA at the after-hours phone line of:  404-352-5470.     An emergency is such as:  a tree fell on your roof, lighting hit your house, etc.

 

If you need an additional gate clicker, please contact Don at CMA.  There will be an additional cost for them.

 

We have a new landscaping company.  You should notice the improvements in the grass and grounds.
